I love the word adventure. I love to take adventures. As a child whenever my parents said we were going on an adventure, I fizzed with excitement and bounced around at the prospect of what I might discover. I do this still today.
I hear my friends, myself included saying ‘imagine if we were born with a Guide Book!’ Well, we are, it’s you, it’s me. In the body, as it is for one system, so it is for them all. As it is for the body, so it is for the World. You are the greatest metaphor for living, you are a magnificent example of the sophistication of nature.
Centre is a point in the middle of other things - a vortex into which everything gathers and from which everything radiates. You are a centre.
Imagine taking adventures inside your own body...moving with viscera, riding on the wings of the breath, surfing the waves of felt experience, literally tasting your potential as you tap into the source of your power. ADVENTURE TO CENTRE – DISCOVER THE WORLD
Be inspired, play and traverse the landscape of your body and mind. Join me for a weekend of yoga, movement and sound in the beautiful Yarra Valley Parklands, just 45 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. Enjoy 12+ hours of facilitated sessions including asana, pranayama, meditation, group activities, dance, experiential movement, sound yoga and contemplation. Delicious vegetarian organic food by Sandie Hernandez of Semilla’s Kitchen, shared country-house style accommodation and many acres to play in.
SANDIE HERNANDEZ: Wholesome & harmonious food is what Sandie Hernandez is passionate about. She takes inspiration from Ayurveda & Macrobiotics as well as Chinese five element theory to create delicious meals that nourish & delight. Sandie cooks for yoga & meditation retreats and is currently studying shiatsu.

'Vine & Branches' – 27 Bonds Rd, Lower Plenty, VIC 3093. Roughly 45 minute drive from Melbourne CBD. There’s a trick to getting there. I will have Gwyneth write it up for us and send it out.

Full Retreat $480 by Dec 19th or $530 thereafter ( includes tuition, all food & accommodation)

Cancellation 1 month prior to beginning of retreat, full payment refunded.
Cancellation 14 days prior to beginning of retreat, 50% of payment refunded.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to beginning of retreat, no refund.
